  • Developed an optical tool that identifies individuals at high risk for biochemical recurrence of prostate cancer after prostatectomy
  • Developed a quantitative Gleason grading technique for prostate cancer and currently working on automating the process
  • Developed a quantitative method to diagnose colon cancer as well as characterization of dysplastic, hyperplastic and normal colon tissue
  • Characterized the relationship between cell growth and motility, and currently studying the effect of substrate stiffness and mitochondrial redox states on cancer cell growth
